Brad is originally from St. Louis, Missouri and has been working in Japan for over 20 years and currently lives in Saitama with his wife and 2 kids. 

He has started 2 companies in Japan and worked with both global and Japanese companies for hiring, training and strategic employment. He has worked with many Japanese private and public companies to implement workforce planning, strategic hiring, training  and global communication skills. He has worked with many executive level professionals as well as senior human resources professionals for training, hiring and global communication training.

He has worked with large corporations for global communication and training courses such as Bosch, Mitsubishi Corporation, Adidas and Riso Kagaku Corporation, as well as governmental agencies such as the Japan Atomic Energy Association (JAEA), JAXA and the National Institute for Land and Infrastructure (NILM) in Japan.
